Our belt presses are equipped with two large pressing rollers. The large pressing rollers mean that the pressing process takes longer and is therefore pressed more gently. The result is a cloud-free and foam-free juice of high quality.
The pneumatic belt tension and the automatic belt control ensure higher quality.
The belt press is equipped with automatic brush cleaning. You do not need a high-pressure cleaner to clean the belt, because the belt is cleaned with six special water nozzles. You only need a compressor with 8 bar pressure and a ½" water connection for cleaning. Because of the special nozzles, you use less water and have lower operating costs.
The open system ensures quick cleaning. The system can be cleaned within a few minutes.

Unsere Bandpressen sind mit zwei großen Presswalzen ausgestattet , durch die großen Presswalzen dauert der Pressvorgang länger und wird dadurch schonender gepresst. Das Ergebnis ist ein trübfreier und schaumfreier Saft mit hoher Qualität.
Die pneumatische Bandspannung und die automatische Bandregelung sorgen für die höhere Qualität.
Die Bandpresse ist mit einer automatischen Bürstenreinigung ausgestattet. Sie benötigen keinen Hochdruckreiniger für die Bandreinigung, denn das Band wird mit sechs speziellen Wasserdüsen gereinigt. Lediglich benötigen Sie nur einen Kompressor mit 8 Bar Druckleistung und einen ½“ Wasseranschluss für die Reinigung. Wegen den speziellen Düsen verbrauchen Sie weniger Wasser und Sie haben niedrigere Betriebskosten.
Durch die offene Anlage ist die schnelle Reinigung vorgegeben. Die Anlage kann innerhalb weniger Minuten gereinigt werden.
